Hi I have been ringing the 08001213344 tel no then suddenly it want coney. Y mobile provider says it done from there end and I been charged for calling them. Please can u tell me any other way of contacting them. I can't write to them at the moment. They have offered me 17 points but I can not confirm I accept and want to withdraw appeal. Thanks
