My WCA keeps getting rescheduled

My WCA keeps getting rescheduled was created by silverstar
Hi,the Atos assessment centre have now cancelled 3 times my WCA for esa.I have each time requested an audio recording and they cancelled due to the recording equipment not being there.Today they rang me to say they haven’t recieved the tapes in the post for my assessment that was due in the morning.I had the option to go ahead without being recorded or reschedule,so I am now awaiting another date.My question is what is really going on? Has anyone else had this? Thanks

There is nothing going on other than incompetence and a lack of equipment :)

You can make a complaint if you want.
