Is it worth making a complaint? was created by marieukxx
I am my mothers appointee and was with her for her PIP f2f. The assessor was nice and polite but there are a couple of points he really did force her and push her for the answer he wanted despite her answering he would keep on until he got the answer he wanted. There was also a leading question and I had to butt in on that. Despite this from her report it looks like she will get echanced care BUT. The lies in it are what really gets me.

She should score on many other areas and although she wouldn't get any higher obviously it still annoys me they can do this and are allowed to fo it. The guy seemed so genuine and said he could clearly see how bad she is. Yet the lies are astonishing. That's what upsets me.

I certainly would not do anything until a Decision is made and to be honest if it's an Enhanced award I would still leave it alone, you don't want to have the report withdrawn as being not fit for purpose!

Ok thanks. I was thinking that I shouldn't rock the boat but I feel like I need to stand up for her as she can't herself and it's so wrong they can lie. From the points it's enchanced and she will get standard mobility too but still it's very upsetting to read.

I do understand but it's the award that matters, not how it has been won.
