Hello, when Maximus assesses my ESA review, are they allowed to access and view details of my PIP claim?Thankyou. I realise that the DWP decision maker will probably be able to but can Maximus view it as well.

Maximus will only have access to the information in the ESA55 folder sent to them by the DWP, I would not expect this to include any information about your PIP award, so if you want it considered then you need to supply the information and just as importantly, explain why it is relevant to your ESA claim.
