Hello all,

I have just received a letter saying at the moment I'm getting cb ESA,they need to look into my claim to decide if I am eligible for ir ESA from July 2013 if I am I maybe entitled to extra payments called premiums.
They sent me a ESA3 (IBR)form to fill in,sorry for been paranoid but will filling in the form be ok and not effect anything when changing over to UC?
