Hi, on Saturday I received a letter stating that in October 2016 I was awarded PIP for two years and now I had to fill in the review form by November 20th 2018 or I would lose my benefit. I checked back to my original award letter, which stated "Awarded Lower Rate PIP until October 2019" which, by my reckoning, is 3 years! Can they just discount 1/3 of my original award? It doesn't seem right that they can legally do such a thing! Any advice greatly appreciated.
