I have had my esa work capability assessment put back for the second time running. The earliest i will now be assessed is October 2020. I have not had an assessment since i first made my claim back in 2013 ; i was wondering if my case was isolated, or , if there are multiple instances of this happening to other claimants..... i am of the opinion that the system is overloaded / broken. Provided i do not have a change in circumstances i shall wait for the transfer over to U.C.

There was a general deferment of reassessments a couple of years ago that affected a significant number of claimants, there are still some deferrals happening but not nearly in the same numbers as before.
