Probably a silly question was created by Jianne1274
Hi again sorry to bother you.I've been awarded wrongly in my opinion .If I go to tribunal do I get my money already awarded whilst waiting for the tribunal or do I get nothing even though there is a award .This will be important in my decision about wether or not I go down the tribunal road.

Yes, if you have an award then it is payable during an MR and then appeal.

Yes, if an award has been made then it remains in payment during any MR or Appeal.

Thanks again I was worried that I wouldn't get the pip they had awarded me if I went to tribunal,but knowing i will makes a big difference to my decision.
