Hi B&W
With the help of the guides and a very good GP i was placed in the support group without a face to face last year.
They are now reassessing me again already.
I have a brain tumour plus a rare pituitary condition both of which need ongoing treatment .
I also have severe mental health problems that include Anxiety/Deppression and an eating disorder
The GP who helped me last year and knew me and my medical history best has left so am worried about getting new medical evidence.
Will they still take into account what she wrote last year if it is still relevant?
Also have there been many changes to this years form from last years and is there many changes to this years giude as i still have last years print out and would like to save on printing .

There have been no significant changes from last year for ESA with the exception that it now possible for the DWP to decide that no further assessments are required, however, there is little that the claimant can do to persuade them of this.
Old evidence of physical problems should still be usable providing your conditions are not ones likely to change or if they do, then they can only deteriorate. Old information for mental health problems is less usable and you would be advised to try and get new reports if you can, this is particularly the case if you qualified through the Substantial Risk Regulations as there is no presumption of on-going disability.
