Hi everyone can anyone advise me on an appeal for a friend who has had esa stopped after he did not attend a esa wca he had a mandantory recon but the adviser has misunderstood what he said on the phone so the decision was not changed saying no good cause was proved the question is on the appeal does he appeal just the one point that they have misunderstood what he said
