hello.,
if you have ben reviewed and your award changes from higher to lower award ,,if you decide to ask for a manditory decision and if no change and deside to appeal ,do you still gt the payments for the new decision whilst waiting for appeal,.,

Yes, if you have an award then it will be paid during an appeal.
