I notice more claimants are being notified by Tribunals of their success prior to the hearing date...... I know the Tribunal can notify a claimant that an appeal is likely to fail if pursued - does the same apply to the DWP if the Tribuanl believes their opposition is unreliable ?
I'm afraid I have not seen any change, remember the appeal panel only get the papers the day before the hearing at best a couple of days, so at best you are looking at a day notice.
