I can tell you that it is to do with your ESA as the payment system for ESA is piggybacked on the JSA one but as to what the payment is, you will have to contact the DWP on Monday.
I assume that it is not your normal fortnightly payment.

I had an assessment last Friday , could this have anything to do with it?
It's given me chronic anxiety for some reason, i can't imagine what it could possibly be.

Anything I can suggest would be just a guess. The ESA Helpline opens at 8am on Monday so ring them early.

I hope you understand why I am loathe to guess on this.
Given you had an assessment recently it could be a part payment as a result of your claim being closed due to your failing the WCA.
