I am currently adding info/evidence to my partners mandatory request since I am writing this on her behalf with her consent of course whats the procedure on each page I send them do I have to sign along with my partners signature or just a simple consent. p
In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
If you are merely transcribing your partner's words then you do not need to sign the MR at all, although you might include a short sentence explaining how the request was produced.
If you are not using your partner's words because they are incapable of dealing with the process or lack insight into their conditions then you should explain this in the MR and sign in addition to getting your partner to do so if they are capable.
