i have recently sent my esa 50 questionnaire form back and have now managed to get some further medical evidence from a nurse can i send this to the capability assessment people even though they received my completed form 1 week ago, would this be accepted,many thanks. bb

Yes, you can, I would also send a copy to the DWP office dealing with your claim.
