Hi, I have been on cont based support group ESA for 3 years and IB from 2000.
I have just received an ESA3 form for income related ESA and I understand they have been issuing these due to errors. I don't qualify for any top ups due to some occupational pension (currently protected under the transitional protection rules from the old IB claims).
On the reply form requesting them NOT to check if I am eligible they have given me 3 options and none of them apply to me. I just know my pension income is above the threshold for any top ups.
The options on the form are:
- You or partner are working 24 or more hours per week - you have savings over £16000 - your partner has savings of over £16000.
