Welcome to Benefits and Work I'm afraid I think it very unlikely that you will find anyone to assist you at this later stage but try doing an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county, you could also try any charities that specialise in their conditions.
Most appeals are held without a Representative and the success rate is over 71%.
There will be three members of the panel, a Judge or solicitor, a doctor and a layperson with experience of disability issues.
The questions will mostly come from the doctor.
They will be asking about how and why your partner meets the criteria for an award of PIP so make sure they understand the Descriptors that they are hoping to meet.
