Hi, just a hypothetical question at the moment BUT at the moment we are in the MR limbo with the reasons why we disagree with their award.
now if they uphold their decision and we have to go to the tribunal (AGAIN!) can we add further evidence which we didn't think of at that stressful time of collating it all in the limited time allowed.
Thanks for any advice and ANY experiences of anyone who has been through this situation as the MR bit is all new to us.

Yes, you can submit new evidence providing it is clear that it applies to the time of the Decision, if this is not clear then there is a risk that it will be excluded.
