hello, I filled in my esa 3 form and sent it back 4 weeks ago, they wanted to know everything so I told them everything, backed up with letters, assessment results, bank statements, tax returns, pensions, etc. I do know that I have always received contribution based benefits going back to the old invalidity days, so I don't know if I qualify, I don't even know if I will be sent for another esa assessment, although I did successfully claim pip mobility 8 points and needs help, 8 pts, back in april 2018.
