She was over 18 when we applied for esa on her behalf (now21)and was paid £57 for months.
I think I need to dig out her post office statements to check all this.
How much should she have been paid

Ignore the reference to "18", I misread the payment rates but I would expect her to be receiving £86.95.

Hi
Today I’ve recieved a letter dated 13 Feb
Says from 8/8/16 her ESA rate was £57.90
From 11 July 18 ESA £74.30
From 10/4/19 ESA rate will be £74.70
There’s no mention of the esa50 I fillled in that was due in by 15 Feb ( returned before then).
Ithe letter says it changed because of a change of money coming in.
I presume that was linked with starting PIP.
So what group is she in ? Will they be wanting her to attend job centre?

The difference, £16.40 corresponds to the Enhanced Disability Premium, this is payable if the claimant is in the ESA Support Group of if they receive PIP Enhanced Daily Living but it still does not explain why no group component is being paid.
The letter does not appear to be directly connected to any Decision on her claim so I think you/she need to chase the DWP about this.
