When did she originally claim ESA?
Your latest post suggests that she has been moved from the Support Group to the WRAG and this accounts for the loss in benefit but it will depend on whether the claim was make before or after March 2017.

If this is correct then her being moved to the WRAG would only be a difference of £8.60 a week.

So why has her money gone down from £115 to £57 a week from April without esa50 being even looked at?
If anything her needs are increasing
I’m very confused?

There is something that you are not aware of, ESA Decisions apply from the date that they are made, they would not wait until April to apply it.
The only rate for ESA that is £57 is if your daughter is under the age of 18 but you say that your daughter made the claim in late 2016, so she can't now be under 18 now.
As suggested, you need to wait for the Decision Letter.
