NOW THE COMPENSATION was created by james
Just had my mobility allowance restored after nearly a year. It has cost me £1000 to provide a suitable vehicle along with it's inherent cost ie road tax ,insurance, mot and usual ware and tear for the last year. Now we start on the effects it's had on my health - I've become more depressed, my blood pressure has been sky high, my ezcema flared up on my forehead and legs and my feet swelled up to such a state that I could hardly walk and have been left with a varicose look. I would please, please, please appreciate the precise way how to claim compensation for the money lost and the detrimental effect on my health. Who can I sue? The assessor-hopefully get her struck off as she is a nurse, Atos, DWP or anybody else along the way. My life has been a year of constant worry and poverty. Please help me find justice.

I am really sorry but I would not expect there to be any opportunity for you to recover the extra expenses that you have had while you did not have an Enhanced Mobility award.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
