Please can you confirm to me that if you have received back payment due to underpayed in the transfer to ESA that the money is disregarded indefinatly. Thankyou

It's disregarded for the life of your ESA claim, I believe the provisions to do so under UC are still pending but this should not be an issue at the moment anyway.
