Hello I am in the contributionary Esa support group for last 3 years, I wonder if anybody can tell me which form I will be sent on renewal as there about of confused for me on ESA1 10/18 or the one which we download from this site ESA 50 5/18 This will not be a new claim but a continuation of a current claim which I was given 3 years for.
