I have found the abbreviation CM in my assessment report. I have done some searching, and can't find anything other than a post on here saying is stands for Claim Manager. But in the context it's used, it seems to mean 'Current Medication' or something to do with medication.
It's not a term I have seen before, "Current Medication" seems reasonable, it won't be Claims or Case Manager of it is in the report. Without more context, I'm afraid I can't offer more help.
