It's completely up to you how you spend the money, it could be for a carer, it could be to pay the additional expenses you have or something completely different.

Or things like taxis to get to appointments if you can't use public transport, or exra supplies of things you need from the chemist that you can't get on prescription, or having grab rails fitted, or private therapy/counselling because the NHS waiting time is so long .
