ESA Home Visit due on 8th July was created by clarzier
Hi
I have been on IB since 2003 and migrated over to ESA support group. Had a F2F 2 years ago and remained in support group and I've received a letter today informing me I have a F2F home visit on 8th July. Due my condition being highly sensitive I requested a woman HP but a man is coming and also it recorded but there is no mention of that on the letter. Is there anything I can do about this?
Also if i lose my ESA benefit what are my options?
Any help greatly appreciated

Contact Maximus, your request for a female assessor is not unreasonable, you should also ask about the recording.

If you do not receive a Decision you are happy with then you can challenge it. The only alternate benefit available would be Universal Credit.
