Hi.
Is there anywhere I can download a "mock" version of the claim form for PIP, that I can fill in as a sort of practise before filling in the PIP claim form for real. Just so I can get use to the look of the claim form and write additional information in pencil until it looks like what I "need" to say on the real form in the correct way to get my point across to the Health Professional.

You can print this one out although it has sample written across it - Just check it against the upto date form because this is 2018 - assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/governm...affects-you-form.pdf

Thanks Bis,
This will give me a chance to have a "dry run" at the form I will check it against my "real" form to check it's up to date because as we all know the DWP can/do "move the goalposts".

I photocopied the entire form and completed a dry run before filling it in properly. I’m really glad I did this because I found much was clarified in the process. I also asked for an extra two weeks so I didn’t feel overly rushed.
