Hi, My partner made a claim for PIP for me by phone last week but I haven't received the form yet. I cannot find out how long I get to fill it in and return it after it has arrived. Can anyone please help? I feel so anxious and stressed.
It usually takes 7-10 days for the form to arrive, you have a standard four week to complete and return the form which includes postage, there will be an accompanying letter that will detail a specific date for the form to be returned by, if you need it, then you can request a two week extension by contacting the number on the letter.
