My wife has just been sent the paper PIP form, she wishes to fill it in on a computer as she finds writing hard. Is there a word versions of the form she can fill in then send them?

(When she phoned them, they could not understand she was unwilling to spend a long time on the phone to them in office hours, as she has a job and it is stealing from her employer.)

Hi Ringi

There is no word version of the form and you have to use the form sent you, but that does not stop your wife from typing up the answers. In each of the boxes which you need to answer just put. "See additional sheet no....." and then type up the answer in word and allocate a number for each sheet. Make sure she types name and national insurance number on each sheet too. Lots of people don't write on their forms.
