My husband is having his DLA to PIP ftf at home on Friday. Obviously feeling very anxious. We are financially unable to buy recording equipment and therefore wonder if any of you have any pointers for us please?
If you're there and you're able to you could take notes. If you've never done it before, don't try and take everything down - just bullet points. You could even have the sheets of paper marked up with the questions so you can keep track more easily.
If you're not able to do that - straight after the assessor has gone, discuss with your husband what you heard. Record it on your smartphone if you have one, or again jot down some notes. That way you will have a record. If it's paper-based, put date and time on them.
Hope it goes well.
