Hi I am a carer and sat in on the home F2F there are a few things below that didn't feel right and just want to ask your opinion please.
Q1:I had to ask her twice or her introduce herself to the claimment
Q2: Explain what help you need with managing your finance ( there was a pause) and then she said is it because you live with your family that you don't do your finances ( in a flippant friendly way). Could this be seen as leading the claimant?
Q3: She asked about education and grades and also asked a 30 year old if they were ever statemented in school!
And at times was directing her questions towards me...
