Hi MandyH
You can send a copy to the DWP office who are dealing with your claim, you can send a copy to IAS - address on your letter and I would take a copy with you.

As BIS says, take a copy of the letter with you.
My hubby had his f2f last week and we took along a letter we’d found from a former consultant that explained how stressful situations (such as a PIP assessment) were detrimental to his condition. The assessor read it, entered the details to her report, and then told us to post it to the DWP. She did give us a prepaid envelope to use but I sent it first class, tracked and signed for. (i think it helps to belt and brace everything in this process.) The envelope was addressed to the postal sorting office in Wolverhampton which was the same place the PIP2 form was sent. Not sure if that varies around the country.
