are the tribunal hearings private or public? Do they have access for members of the public to observe. I am wanting to watch a few if possible before my Tribunal but am having difficulty finding out if this is possible.
A Tribunal is convened under the same rules as a Court of Law so they have to allow access by the public, contact the Clerk of the Court at your venue they can advise you is there are any hearings that you may be able to attend, although it will be up to the claimant on the day whether you are allowed in.
