Hi I’m new to this forum I doing an appeal using sscs1 form in section 5 it’s asks for grounds of appeal. At this stage do I need to just put the basic grounds to why I am appealing ie like in the letter in the guides i do not think I was awarded enough points taking in to consideration of my condition etc or do I need to go though everything at this stage your help would be much appreciated. Thanks
The reasons given for appealing do not have to be lengthy, but it is helpful to be specific about points of dispute so that the tribunal can understand why you disagree and look at the evidence presented by you and the DWP before the hearing.
It may be useful for you to state what you think the correct decision should be.
