Not sure where to send ESA50 to

I got my ESA50 form 3 and a half weeks ago, they supplied a freepost envelope with an address and postcode in the midlands, with Bristol BSC mail handling site A included in the address.
I got a reminder yesterday and they have asked me to send it to a different address in Bristol.
I intend to send it guaranteed next day delivery on 28th as it has to be there by 30th, but which address do i send it do, the address on the freepost envelope originally supplied, or the address on the reminder letter in Bristol?
Im worried they wont get it, although i will get a post office receipt, thanks

You're the second person to ask this question this week and I honestly don't know what to say other than I would ring the DWP and check with them. And the reason why I say check is that one member was recently told that her form was late because it had been sent to the wrong place and she had used one of the addresses supplied to her by the DWP.

It was CHDA that sent me the reminder. If I get a receipt from the post office, as im sending it guaranteed next day delivery.
Should I ring maximus?
If so what is the number?
Thanks

I would contact both:
DWP ESA Enquiryline 0800 169 0310
Maximus 0800 288 8777 www.chdauk.co.uk/contact-us
Just to be on the safe side. Let us know what they say.

I rang maximus and explained the return envelope I received with the ESA50 was to Wolverhampton, but the reminder letter told me to send it to Bristol address. They told me to send it in the return envelope originally sent with the ESA50.
I am sending it guaranteed next day delivery tomorrow 28th to be with them on 29th, so I will get a receipt but maximus said that if the benefits office send it to Bristol late it may arrive in Bristol a day late and they could not tell me if my benefits would be stopped.
I have two questions please?
1)What would I do if my benefits got stopped because of the benefits office sending it to the other address a day late, would I have to apply for universal credit?
2)I said on my ESA50 I don't like talking on the phone, I dialled 141 before ringing the maximus number, will they make a note that I phoned and am capable of phoning, because, even though I don't like the phone, sometimes I can't avoid it.

1. In the unlikely event, your ESA was canceled due to lateness due to the fault of the DWP, you would be able to show them proof that it was not your fault and it would be re-instated.
2. Yes, they will have made a note you made a call, but that doesn't change the fact that you don't like speaking on the phone.
