ESA how do you bypass Wolverhampton,

I have sent ESA documents to Wolverhampton and want to send full copies to Plymouth DWP but upon requesting the DWP office address , I am told ‘ I am not at liberty to provide this information ‘ ! Do you happen to know the DWP benefit office address in Plymouth by any chance ? Or should I take the ESA copies to my local job centre and insist it is scanned and sent to The relevant office ? Clearly the DWP are being deliberately obstructive .

I discovered from employees that the MOU (Mail Opening Unit) is contracted out to Engie. WV98 (site A) is forwarded to Engie Kidderminster, and WV99 (site to Engie Telford. The mail is opened, sorted and scanned at these sites and forwarded (usually digitally) to the individual DWP benefit offices. The Kidderminster site is at Unit 1, Easter Park, Worcester Road, Kidderminster. As a point of interest, ex-employee testimonials claim that Engie threat their employees appallingly. It's a worry that unhappy and disgruntled staff are left to get our most personal and private data to the right benefit office promptly, without dropping a few pages behind the machines!
