PIP HOME ASSESSMENT was created by BARNNA
I live in Hertfordshire and have a home assessment tomorrow morning at 9am with IAS.
Is anyone able to tell me what I should expect during the assessment and how long it may last? Are there any hidden tricks/questions that I should look out for?
Many thanks in advance

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Barnna
You can read all about it on the following links and possible questions:
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claim...e-medical-assessment
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claim...r-medical-assessment
Home assessments are very similar to the ones held at an assessment centre - though obviously they can't ask questions like 'how did you get here."
The average time is about an hour to an hour and a half.
They will always ask a question that you may not be expecting and that is because it is personal to you and therefore we cannot list it in our guide. It's not done to trick you.

Too late for you personally, I'm afraid, but be aware that you will be under scrutiny the whole time the HP is in and around your home, not just during the "interview" part.
