  			 				Hi Mrs. Jehan

It is always difficult when you have a fluctuating condition, but in order for them to make a judgment, you need to describe what it is like for the majority of the time. Only you can know. So do you struggle to wash or not wash at all for four days out of seven? How often do you struggle to eat - is it something that just happens now and again, or does it happen regularly making it difficult for you to eat the same as a person without your condition would be able to.

  			 				Hello.

As Bis said. Also, is your RA bilateral in the joints?. Do you have underlieing joint trouble then flares on top?. Do you use aides?. How's your medication?.

I don't really mention flare ups ( been used against me in the past). I tell the assessors everyday is bad and some days even worse. That's how it is with my RA.
