Did not ask about all my problems in pip ass

Well been for dreaded dla to pIp assement I am totally confused I have mental heath issues and physical issues yet all assessor asked about was about mental health she didn't ask any questions about anything else on my form I have spinal ,hip problems and I am partly sighted she even asked why I was on certain tablets even though it was obvious if she had read my forms. I also use a nebulizer for my chest this again was not mentioned I thought they had to go through all your ailments.am I right

Thank you for your reply the assessment did not go well from start my daughter said she would be taking her own recoding machines as they didn't provide any they looked at them and they were still sealed so they allowed them to be used but unfortunately they both stopped working so we could not record the assessment then the assesser said her computer was not working and she would have to hand write her report them half way through she said it had started to work again we were very confused but went ahead with the assessment as I was really getting stressed .is this normal
