Ugent: No envelope with ESA form - what address??

Hi, there was no envelope enclosed with my ESA form.

But I got a reminder today telling me to send it to:

London Centre for Health and Disability Assessments
London BSC
333 Edgware Road
London NW9 6TD

When I rang the Health Assessments Advisory Service on 0800 288 8777
They told me to send to:

London Centre for Health and Disability Assessments
London BSC
Mail Handling Site A
Wolverhampton
WV98 1SJ

Do you know which one is correct? I don't want to send it to the wrong place and I don't have much time left before it has to be in.
