Having only sent back my pip review form a few days ago i was pleasantly suprise today that they have decided to make a decison on paper.After just asking me a few questions on dressing and undressing.Such a relief i dont have to go for a F2F.The lady was really nice and explained she understood how unpleasent it is to have to go to these things when unwell.WOW i hope others will be saved going through the process to.
