hi. i was awarded full enhanced on both daily living and mobilty on PIP a couple of months ago.
today i have recieved a letter from ESA ( IM CURRENTLY IN THE SUPPORT GROUP) and letter is a capability for work questionaire...
i have been in the ESA support group now for over 3 years. i contacted the page when i was dealing with the PIP medical stuff and recieved lots of healp and was awarded enhanced rate for both for 1 year.. but upon writing to them and challengin their lies from the assessment i was then awarded both enhanced for 6Years. without having to go to a tribunal.
what a time to send this letter out a couple fo weeks before christmasand its to be back in by 2nd january 2020. this is really affecting me today and my anxiety and mental health are through the roof. and im registered dissabled and a vilnerable person under the mental health act.
i am currently on the phone to then to get all my previous ESA medical paperwork to work off for the assesmement ahead. and i know they have to give me this in the post.
i have been on the phone now listening to that dreadful music now for 45 minutes!!1 horrible
would like any help from the group regarding this or am i dont what i shoud already... thanks to everyone and hope you all have a happy family christmas time with loved ones!!

The first thing for you to do is to have a look at our ESA/UC Claim guide, there have been no changes to the ESA Descriptors and Regulations since you were last assessed but there have been updates to the DWP guidance, especially in the area of Substantial Risk.
