Pip review form was created by mariababy
I am due a pip review form. I have a No Change set of circumstances. I was thinking of including a copy of my old pip form, along with medical evidence and a spporting letter from my carer. Is including a copy of my old pip form a good idea? I have a long term condition.

Hi Mariababy

When you fill out the PiP review form, even if there has been no change in your circumstances we advise that you still put in some information reminding them what exactly hasn't changed because they need an up to date picture. That doesn't have to be lengthy, but it's better than writing nothing.

It's up to you whether or not you want to include your past form. Medical evidence and a support letter from carer always useful.
