Hi I suffer severe anxiety and depression and have received a text from DFPIP to say that they are sending my review form. This has completely put me over the edge in terms of increasing my anxiety at the thought of the form and then the inevitable F2F. My father would need to fill my form out for me . I am wondering can I remove my number from their contact list and add my father's instead to avoid stress and worry in the future?
You would need to contact them to arrange this. Perhaps your father could make the call, but you would need to be there to confirm the change in number. If it's not possible to do it over the phone, you could write to them.
