I have reviewed my report after my face to face and it states on supplementary advice ‘ taking STAR into consideration descriptors 1b and 5c are advised’ Can anyone tell me what STAR is please
I have not seen the term "STAR" used before for PIP and none of the searches I've done have revealed an answer, I can't even guess at it as 1b and 5c deal with different limitations.
Can you provide more context?

It's a common interviewing technique among many employers: the STAR interview. The acronym stands for Situation, Task, Actions, and Results and it simply summarizes the structure of your work experience.
I agree with Gordon, I have never seen it used before with an assessors report, it might be something new the assessors are bringing in for when they do assessments?
