awarded pip through courts can’t renew ? was created by Rjslnc
I have just got off the phone with the DWP who have told me that because I had to go to appeals (and won) for my PIP I won’t be able to just get a review when it ends in May. They’re saying I’ll need to apply again. Is this right? It seems very unfair and a crazy amount of stress

Awards for less than two years and some awards made by a Tribunal will be renewed rather than reassessed, this means that you will have to contact the DWP and you will have to complete a new PIP2.

Make the request now or you risk the Decision not being made before your current award expires.
