Pip appeals cancelled

Hi. I have been fighting to get PIP 2 years now. I have a number of things wrong with me all which are the result of a breakdown 4 years ago. PTSD and Fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis in hands among OMG I am literally falling apart. Anyway, my appeal which was postponed a few months ago due to my representative letting me down 2 weeks before hearing , untill my recent appeal date 26th march cancelled because of The Coronavirus. I havnt been contacted by the a pip offices and I havnt even been able to contact my new representative to give him all my updated evidence. He has the rest of my files. I read that it was all written assesments but I got a simple letter yesterday from my representative saying I have been denied written appeal due toC-19 restrictions. I am tottally stressed and my depression has nearly hit rock bottom. What is going on please. Does anyone have explaination for this. I desperately need answars.
