ESA report sheet was created by sally-jane
Good day to you all.
My ESA will be due shortly, hopefully delayed due to the current situation.
The last one was in 2017, and I received upon asking report on how and why I was put into the SP group.
Husband, carer was meant to copy it to the laptop file and then file the hard copy !!!!!
Obviously it has not been done and the hard copy is no where to be found.
Could I ask for copy still of the report ready for the next onslaught as hopefully with this copy attached to the completed ESA when it comes, it may help as no difference in health in order to get paper decision, or do you think it is too late to obtain such copy of the last report.

You can ask for a copy of the report - though how quickly or easily you will obtain it in the current circumstances I cannot say.

Hi my ESA50 arrived on 6 April dated 2nd April, so still being sent out.
