Hi there just received response to my MR and no change which going by why I’ve read on here was almost expected. However I have a question before I register to go to tribunal. My medication changed and I called them to update this however they have not acknowledged these changes in fact they mention my previous medication. Can I contact them regarding this or do I just register for the tribunal? Thanks in advance
I would mention the change in your medication on your SSCS1 Appeal form, especially if your condition is not under control and your medication is changing on a regular basis to try and control your condition.
